Harshini graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 1999 and has worked in a variety of health and education settings in South Africa. In 2003, she completed her paediatric Bobath/ Neurodevelopmental Training (NDT) and she followed her passion for working with children with diverse support needs.

In 2012, Harshini completed her advanced training in Pelvic Floor Health. She developed a special interest in this clinical area and is committed to helping men, women and children with any pelvic health concerns.

Harshini is very excited to be part of the BaiMed team. Having recently relocated to Wollongong with her husband and 3 daughters, she’ll be frequenting the parks, beaches and restaurants in the area.

Chrissy has been part of the BaiMed team since 2015. She has been practicing Osteopathy for 15 years, during this time Chrissy has worked at several multidisciplinary clinics. She enjoys a holistic and patient-focused approach to managing her clients. Chrissy is passionate about listening, reassuring and treating people who are in various stages of pain and dysfunction.

Chrissy has a strong interest in chronic musculoskeletal presentations, neck and back pain, headaches and pregnancy related pain.

Jarrod grew up in the Blue Mountains where he played numerous sports, including football, rugby union and rugby league. After completing a previous degree and travelling overseas, Jarrod moved to Orange to complete his physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University. During this time, he gained valuable experience as a sports trainer with one of the local rugby union teams.

Jarrod has a keen interest in sporting injuries, injury prevention, as well as the effects regular exercise has on longevity. Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys playing football, hiking, weight training, travelling and spending time with family and friends in the beautiful and sunny Illawarra.

Harry grew up in the Southern Highlands where he played multiple sports including soccer and basketball. In 2019 he made the move to the Illawarra whilst completing his Exercise Science degree at University of Wollongong. Harry then went on to complete his Masters of Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University. During his studies Harry was part of the sports trainer team with BaiMed where he worked with local soccer and rugby teams.

  • Pelvic floor relationship to exercise, sport and musculoskeletal dysfunction
  • Advanced clinical skills in POP/SUI (including pessary fitting)

Melinda has over 17 years experience working in both the public and private sector, but in the last 8 years has focussed exclusively on female pelvic health.

She works in close consultation with obstetricians, gynaecologists and midwifes across the Illawarra, South Sydney to the Shoalhaven.

Melinda leads the women’s health team at BaiMed, providing support and mentoring to early years clinicians. Together the team integrate musculoskeletal and pelvic health management for women in every life stage, with a focus on helping them remain fit and active as the work through injury and dysfunction.
