Liam’s primary aim as a physiotherapist is to enable people to return to full function following injury. This is regardless of whether their aim is to return to sport, work or their favourite hobbies. He is passionate about ensuring people receive a high standard of care, whilst considering client’s goals and current life balance. Having worked in all levels of sport over the years (amateur, semi and elite), he has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages. These opportunities have resulted in Liam seeing many injuries commonly occurring within specific sports, which include rugby league, rugby union, Australian Rules football and cricket. Reducing the risk of re-injury is another area that Liam is passionate about. Having completed his Masters in Strength and Conditioning, Liam believes clients should continue with ongoing maintenance programs after returning to full health. He believes musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation not only involves returning to full function, it also includes reducing the risk of subsequent injury. Away from work, you will find Liam attempting to surf (having been born in Canberra made it challenging), going to the gym or camping within the wonderful areas of the Illawarra and surrounds.

Jordan has extensive experience working in private practice both as a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist. Jordan is one of our senior physiotherapists and is primarily based in the southern BaiMed clinics. He is BaiMed’s Team Leader of Vestibular Services and has completed several advanced levels vertigo and vestibular courses, and now works closely with many of the ENTs and Neurologists across the Illawarra and Sydney. Jordan presents information sessions and webinars to many local GP doctors and other allied health professionals across Australia.
Jordan has been fortunate enough to work with many high-level sporting teams, including the u20’s St George Dragons, NSW Physical Disability Rugby League team, NSW Masters Hockey, and many other local teams. He is also one of only a few certified classifiers for physical disability rugby league in Australia. Jordan has a passion for the disability sector and has extensive experience within this industry – both in physiotherapy and support.
Jordan was originally from the Southern Highlands before moving to the Illawarra, and he has two beautiful daughters. You’ll find him making sandcastles and having tea parties with his girls and going for beach walks on the rocks with wife and children.

Maddie has been a part of the BaiMed family since 2015, initially in our admin team and then as a Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2019. Maddie has been the South Coast Blaze Strength and Conditioning Coach for two years since their inclusion in the Netball NSW Premier League.
After graduating from a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021, Maddie progressed to working as an Exercise Physiologist in the BaiMed Performance Centre and Nowra clinic.
Maddie’s special interests are in youth long term athletic development, return to sport, and high-performance strength and conditioning. Maddie also has a focus in gymnastics, after being a gymnast herself for 16 years, and a Gymnastics Coach at SCYC Nowra Gymnastics for 9 years.
Away from work, Maddie loves spending time with her fiancé, Lachlan, and their spotty Dalmatian puppy, Poppy. Maddie also enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and exploring new places and tracks.

Jordan has always had a keen interest in physiotherapy from a young age due to playing a lot of sport and spending a lot of time getting treated for injuries (mostly by the physiotherapists at BaiMed!).
Jordan’s sporting highlight was representing NSW in surf boat rowing and winning the Australian Open.
After becoming a physio, Jordan’s career highlight was working as a strength and conditioning associate with the NSW Waratahs for the 19-20 season.
Jordan has a special interest in lower limb injuries, particularly injuries sustained through soccer and athletics.
In addition to treating injuries, Jordan is also working in our aged care team.
Outside of work you’ll find him playing any sport (especially one of his favourite sports of soccer and rowing), at the beach or snow, or finding new places to camp and travel.

After graduating in 2013 Jess gained experience in rural private practice and had exposure to every avenue from paediatrics, aged care, acute hospital and sports physiotherapy. In 2017, Jess relocated to Wollongong to gain more experience in sports and musculoskeletal private practice.
Jess joined the BaiMed team in mid-2020 and since then has been an integral part of our Women’s Health team. Jess has a always had special interest in Women’s Health and also in the treatment of the Throwing Shoulder which is common in overhead athletes.
Jess played representative cricket at a junior level and went on to coach the Riverina Cricket Female Academy from 2014-2018. She has also worked as a Physiotherapist for the Country NSW Cricket Team since 2017.

Teale has also completed industry leading research with The University of Sydney investigating heading injuries in youth National Premier League. Her research was the first to include Australian data on heading and has been pivotal in informing injury prevention policy with FIFA and Football NSW.

When not at work, Pete enjoys running and cycling (so much so he has over 20 pairs of running shoes), listening to Fleetwood Mac and spending time with family and friends. Ash joined BaiMed’s team of Exercise Physiologists in 2021 after working and developing EP services in private physiotherapy practice in the Sutherland Shire for over 1.5 years. Prior to this Ash worked in cardiac rehabilitation at Wollongong Hospital.
Ash has a special interest in neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, and MS. She also is interested in chronic disease management including cardiac rehabilitation, type 2 diabetes management and falls prevention.

Christine joined BaiMed in 2021 after graduating from her Doctor of Physiotherapy studies at Macquarie Uni. She is part of the BPC and HQ Women’s Health Team, with a special interest exercise during pregnancy, return to exercise postnatal, pre and post-natal MSK.
Christine grew up in the US, in a small town called Lake Tahoe. Her love for sport and the outdoors started from a young age where she began snowboarding, wakeboarding and playing volleyball.
She attended the University of Massachusetts and played volleyball in the NCAA for 4 years. Another highlight of her time in Boston was running the Boston Marathon.
After finishing her degree at UMass, she did a lot of traveling and completed her yoga teacher training. She taught yoga while working at a physiotherapy practice in her hometown of Lake Tahoe before moving to Australia to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy.

Dean grew up in the small town of Griffith where his family owned a prune and orange farm. He played multiple sports competitively, with soccer always his sport of choice.
Dean later moved to Wollongong to attend UOW and complete his undergraduate degree in Medical and Health Sciences. Dean later completed his Master of Physiotherapy at UTS, graduating in 2021, before joining BaiMed in 2022.
Dean is also an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 1 Sports Trainer.
Dean has an interest in treating sporting injuries and being part of the rehab process from managing an initial injury to returning to sport or work. Dean’s interest sparked from when he was growing up and experienced a lot of low back pain.
