After four years as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, Tiarne became qualified as a Massage Therapist. She is passionate about working with various types of clients including elite athletes to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Outside work, Tiarne is an avid fan of the Cronulla Sharks and Illawarra Hawks. She also couldn’t live without her running shoes, having completed Half Marathons and Trail Running, including the Coastal Classic. Harry grew up in the Southern Highlands where he played multiple sports including soccer and basketball. In 2019 he made the move to the Illawarra whilst completing his Exercise Science degree at University of Wollongong. Harry then went on to complete his Masters of Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University. During his studies Harry was part of the sports trainer team with BaiMed where he worked with local soccer and rugby teams.

Belle is a passionate physiotherapist spending her early career on the Gold Coast working in the public sector upon graduation and then moved into private practise in 2010, where she enjoyed teaching mat and reformer pilates, and spent 4 years with the Broadbeach Cats AFL team as their trainer and then Physiotherapist.
In 2012 Belle left Australia and spent the next 7 years working internationally as a physiotherapist, pilates and yoga instructor travelling the world onboard luxury superyachts before settling in South Africa with her husband in 2019. There they welcomed their beautiful daughter Olivia in 2021 and in November 2022 relocated back to Australia.
Belle believes that the road to good health and wellness is a balance of physical, mental and spiritual aspects and like to take a holistic approach in treatment.

Emily was an avid gymnast growing up, before transitioning to surfing and snowboarding. With additional Pilates accreditation, she has built experience in teaching mobility and control in fundamental movement patterns required for individual life demands and sporting needs.
With her practice in the NDIS and hospital spaces, she understands the importance of holistic health and thrives on integrating practice to suit a patient’s life-style needs.
Emily has worked alongside various football clubs including 2022 minor premier ship Woonona Sharks, 2023 Grand final winners Fernhill Foxes, South Coast Flame Girls & Women’s and Wollongong Wolves Juniors.
Her keen interest areas include general musculoskeletal, adolescent growth-related pain, sporting injuries, neurodivergent conditions.

Dean Zalunardo

Dean grew up in the small town of Griffith where his family owned a prune and orange farm. He played multiple sports competitively, with soccer always his sport of choice.
Dean later moved to Wollongong to attend UOW and complete his undergraduate degree in Medical and Health Sciences. Dean later completed his Master of Physiotherapy at UTS, graduating in 2021, before joining BaiMed in 2022.
Dean is also an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 1 Sports Trainer.
Dean has an interest in treating sporting injuries and being part of the rehab process from managing an initial injury to returning to sport or work. Dean’s interest sparked from when he was growing up and experienced a lot of low back pain. Through his frequent physio visits he began to learn and experience the benefits of rehabilitation through exercise, education and self-management strategies.

Jordan has always had a keen interest in physiotherapy from a young age due to playing a lot of sport and spending a lot of time getting treated for injuries (mostly by the physiotherapists at BaiMed!).
Jordan’s sporting highlight was representing NSW in surf boat rowing and winning the Australian Open.
After becoming a physio, Jordan’s career highlight was working as a strength and conditioning associate with the NSW Waratahs for the 19-20 season.
Jordan has a special interest in lower limb injuries, particularly injuries sustained through soccer and athletics.
In addition to treating injuries, Jordan is also working in our aged care team.
Outside of work you’ll find him playing any sport (especially one of his favourite sports of soccer and rowing), at the beach or snow, or finding new places to camp and travel.

Sam enjoys treating a wide range of patients and injuries, but really loves helping paediatric patients and their families. This includes infants, toddlers and young athletes in any sport. Supporting children and their families through conditions such as developmental delay, hypermobility and growth related conditions (Osgood-Schlatters etc) is where Sam really excels.
With an extensive background in gymnastics, Sam is also experienced and passionate about assessing and treating gymnasts of all levels. Understanding their complex and specific needs helps her work closely with the gymnasts team to keep them training and competing whenever possible while injured.

As a child, Mia grew up travelling Australia in a caravan and then settled on the far south coast of NSW during her high school years where she was a keen surfboat rower and enjoyed the magic of the coast.
Mia moved to Wollongong after school for a change in scenery where she worked in the hospitality industry and enjoyed travelling to various places around the globe.
In 2020, amidst covid lockdowns, Mia graduated with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and in 2022 she graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy. She enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries and has an interest in women health, healthy ageing and neurological conditions.

Ash joined BaiMed’s team of Exercise Physiologists in 2021 after working and developing EP services in private physiotherapy practice in the Sutherland Shire for over 1.5 years. Prior to this Ash worked in cardiac rehabilitation at Wollongong Hospital.
Ash has a special interest in neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, and MS. She also is interested in chronic disease management including cardiac rehabilitation, type 2 diabetes management and falls prevention.

Pat grew up in Wollongong and has been around differing forms of exercise physiology from youth athletic development to aged care.
Pat has been a part of the basketball community representing the Illawarra at a club, state, and national level for 14 years. After playing at a variety of levels and sustaining multiple injuries his passion for getting athletes back to performance grew! Currently Pat working with the NBL1 Hawks and has been the lead EP for over a year.
His passion is seeing athletes develop along their timeline and get a chance to let sport takes them around the world.
